12th - 20th March 2010
Box Office open from 1st March 2010
A comedy/drama
Set 'somewhere in the North of England', Up'n'Under centres on the amateur rugby league team from the Wheatsheaf Arms - a side of four whose pride lies in their unbroken record of defeat. Enter Arthur Hoyle, an ex-professional player who, having bet that he can train any side to beat the unbeaten Cobblers Arms, is faced with the reality of coaching an unfit and desperate bunch of individuals.
Met with the appalling prospect of losing his house on the bet, not to mention his pride, Arthur sets about his task with gusto - will he succeed?
Due to a different auditorium layout and therefore a reduced number of seats available for each performance, there will be three additional performances.
Friday 12th March 2010 19:30
Saturday 13th March 2010 14:00
Saturday 20th March 2010 14:00
There will of course be the normal seven performances each evening at 1930 between Saturday 13th and Saturday 20th March excluding the Sunday.
There are still not as many seats for the full run of the show so book early to avoid disappointment.
UPDATE: SOLD OUT Thursday 18th March 2010 (a full allocation of season ticket holders)
Directed by Dave Eyre
